Salsa

So I got this recipe from a friend and former co-worker Marissa. I love this salsa. It is a little sweet but has a kick. it is also all blended together so you get all the yummy-ness in one bite:)
Give this a try!

Salsa
15-20 tomatoes (depending on size) or 5 cans diced tomatoes
1 Yellow onion
Full bunch of Green onion
1 jalapeƱo pepper
1 Anaheim pepper
1 Serrano pepper
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
Teaspoon salt
Tablespoon ground cumin
Cilantro
3 cloves garlic
If using garden tomatoes blanch them in hot water until there is a slight crack in the skin and then quickly place in cold water and take the skin off.
Cut and Prep everything into small pieces.
Have a Large bowl and a food processor handy.
In small batches place the ingredients in the food processor and blend until fine and well mixed.
Pour the small batches into the big bowl and stir together with wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Keep processing and pouring and mixing until all ingredients are same size and all mixed together.
Give a good stir and it is ready to eat! Yum
