These are one of my favorite creations. They are just so so yummy. :) You just have to try them!
S’more Brownies
Ingredients:
3 Cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 crackers)
1 stick plus 1 tablespoon LAND O LAKES® Unsalted butter, melted
½ Cup sugar
1 Pillsbury® Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (19.5 oz) (Plus Ingredients required)
1 Package of mini marshmallows (10 oz)
HERSHEY®'S Chocolate Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a food processor, mix the graham crackers until fine crumbs. Then add the melted butter and sugar and blend together. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and halfway up the sides of the pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven to let cool.
Then prepare the box brownie mix. Add the eggs oil and water and whisk until combined. Then add the brownie mix. Pour into crust. Cover any edges of crust with aluminum foil that are not covered by brownie mixture so it does not get over cooked. Bake brownies as directed on box
When brownies are done pull out cool and take off foil and add mini marshmallows on top and place under the broiler until toasted 1 min or less.
Then drizzle chocolate syrup over the marshmallow topped brownies. Let cool. When cutting the brownies spray the knife with some cooking spray before cutting into it. Helps keep the marshmallows on the brownies and not on the knife. J
