CrockPot Chicken Nachos

This recipe was given to me by my co-worker Kayla. She has made it and Loves it.

Crock pot chicken
4-5 boneless chicken breast
1 Can drained black beans
1 Can drained whole kernel corn
15 oz salsa (medium or hot)(cream cheese will soften the heat of the salsa)
1 8 oz cram cheese

lay chicken on bottom of crock pot. pour salsa, corn & beans over chicken and leave on high for 3 hours for thawed chicken and 4 hours for frozen(or until chicken is tender) take 2 forks and shred the chicken. place back in pot and put cream cheese in. wait 15 min or until cream cheese is soft. stir together and serve over rice, noodles, chips or server them as tacos/ burritos.
